We recommend that parents attend the first lesson, but this is not required for future lessons.

As our approach is based on fun games, the kids look at slides and the teachers explain the material with words or with imitations and gestures. Without translation or additional explanations, children can understand and speak the material.

You can cancel or reschedulea your lesson in your account up to 5 hours before the lesson starts.

Yes, a teacher change is possible without any problems. You can transfer the booked lessons to a teacher of your choice. Before the first lesson, however, you have to book a trial lesson with the new teacher.

No, of course only the lessons that took place will be charged. A lesson is automatically confirmed after 24 hours. Either immediately after the lesson or up to 24 hours afterwards you can reschedule the lesson that has not taken place.
