You can use filters to find the perfect tutor for you. Additionally, you can view the tutor ‘s profile, watch the videos, read reviews and ratings from other students to decide.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN YOU BOOK AS A PACKAGE?

As a first step, you can buy your 50 minutes - trial lesson with a tutor to see if you like him or her. If you like the tutor, you can buy a set of 6 ,12, 20 or 40 hours with them. One lesson takes 50 minutes.

HOW DO YOU PAY FOR LESSONS?

You can pay for your lessons with a credit card or via PayPal. If you need to switch tutors, you can do it easily in your account with the feature ‘Transfer hours’. A refund for unused lessons is possible, too.

WHERE DO THE LESSONS TAKE PLACE?

You will meet your tutor online in the BLUEXEE classroom. In your account under ‘My lessons’ you can enter the classroom by clicking ‘Enter classroom’.

CAN YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LESSONS?

You can cancel or reschedule any lesson for free up to 5 hours before it starts. This also applies to the teacher.

WHEN CAN YOU GET FREE REPLACEMENT?

You will get a free replacement in case you have any issues with your tutor. You can switch tutors in your dashboard or just contact BLUEXEE Support after the lesson.

HOW DO WE VERIFY OUR TUTORS?

Each tutor profile is checked manually and then approved. We verify identity documents, tutor certificates and diplomas. We only show you tutors who have passed this strict selection process.
