Arranged classes can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the lesson is to take place from either side (teacher or student).
Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: If the changes happen within the last 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time, the changes need to be confirmed by the student. After the lesson end time has passed, click "There was a proble", and select a resolution option.
The teachers* at BLUEXEE are reliable and act in a professional manner. This is expected from all teachers teaching on the website. The behavior of one teacher can reflect to all teachers at BLUEXEE, therefore it is expected for all teachers and tutors to act professionally and according to the rules.

If the teacher missed a lesson, the teacher will be reported by the system.
The BLUEXEE attendance rules for teachers are as follows:
1st missed class: The profile of the teacher will be hidden from the “Find a tutor” list until the teacher responds to the report. It is important to communicate well with the student and BLUEXEE and plan ahead to avoid time clashes with scheduled lessons.
2nd missed class: The profile of the teacher will be hidden for a week from the “Find a tutor” list. New students cannot be accepted. Already booked lessons are not affected.
3rd missed class: The profile of the teacher will be hidden for two weeks from the “Find a tutor” list. New students cannot be accepted. Already booked lessons are not affected.
4th missed class: The profile of the teacher will be hidden for a month from the “Find a tutor” list. New students cannot be accepted. Already booked lessons are not affected.
5 th missed class: The profile of the teacher will be blocked for 3 months. The booked lessons from the teacher will be cancelled or redistributed to other teachers. The teacher needs to contact the Support Team and explain the situation in written form. After this, it will be decided whether the profile will be deleted without the possibility to teach again through BLUEXEE or opened again, depending on the circumstances.
Note: A payout will not be possible during the time the profile is hidden or blocked.

• Payment outside the BLUEXEE platform for lessons
• The poaching of students and teachers for other platforms as well as the sending and sharing of competitors links
• Creation of more than one teacher profile for the same person
